Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 servings of lamb’s lettuce
- 3 large king oyster mushrooms
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt and pepper, coarse
- some butter or olive oil for frying
- possibly balsamic vinegar
- possibly herbs
- possibly Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
with garlic
Slice the king oyster mushrooms lengthwise into thin slices and fry them in butter or oil until golden brown on both sides. This cooks very quickly. Season with salt and pepper and add the sliced garlic clove, if desired. Arrange the mushrooms on top of the lamb’s lettuce. Garnish with balsamic vinegar or fresh herbs of your choice, if desired. I really like to top with shaved Parmesan cheese.
