Ingredients
Fruit salad:
- 1 Pc. Mango
- 7 Pc. Strawberries
- 15 Pc. Blueberries fresh
- 5 Pc. Mountain peaches
- 2 Pc. Chicory
- 0,5 Pc. Watermelon
- 0,5 Pc. Lemon
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Chili oil
- 10 Pc. King prawns
For the lettuce:
- 600 g Beef fillet
- 5 Pc. Mild chillies
- 1 bottle Soy sauce
- 100 ml Mustard
- 100 ml Honey
- 20 ml Linseed oil
- Raspberry vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Fruit salad:
- Peel the mango and use the paring knife to peel thin strips for the salad. Wash the mountain peaches and peel off the outer skin.
- Wash and chop the chicory. Then put the chicory pieces in the bowl.
- Now peel the king prawns so that the tail stays on. Then remove the intestines and wash the shrimp. Finally, these are briefly fried in hot chili oil and then served with the fruit salad.
- Now arrange the salad and pour the dressing over it. Fry the beef fillet very briefly on both sides. Now place the beef fillet on the salad and pour a few drops of raspberry vinegar over it.
- Wash the lettuce thoroughly, as well as the chili peppers. Then cut them into roughly 1-2 cm pieces. Place the beef fillet in the soy sauce with the chilli pieces.
