Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500g penne
- 3 tbsp Miracle Whip
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage
- 1 small can of peas
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 dashes of Tabasco
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 4 eggs

Cook the pasta according to the instructions until al dente and drain. In a large bowl, combine the Miracle Whip, sour cream, and tomato ketchup. Stir in the curry powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and Tabasco, being careful not to clump. Cut the sausage into 1 cm cubes and fold into the sauce along with the drained peas. Season to taste and mix with the pasta. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with the hard-boiled eggs. Tip: The salad tastes even better if left overnight. Make more sauce, though, as the sauce will absorb the pasta. The salad also tastes great warm, of course.
