Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 500 g natural yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Fondor
  • lots of garlic powder, alternatively garlic oil
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spaghetti with garlic Susi’s style

Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, combine the yogurt with the spices and plenty of garlic powder in a bowl. When the spaghetti is done, drain and rinse briefly. Then add the still-warm spaghetti to the yogurt sauce and mix everything thoroughly. Divide among plates and serve.
