Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ head of radicchio
- 60 g grapes, preferably red
- 2 tbsp almonds, roasted
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim the radicchio, cut into strips, and wash. De-stem the grapes, wash, and halve them. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Arrange the radicchio on a plate. Then arrange the grapes, then the dressing, and finally the almonds.
