Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 large carrot(s), or 3 – 4 small ones
  • 1 clove(s) garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp garlic sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • some sprigs of dill, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

I got the recipe from my cousin

Coarsely grate the kohlrabi and carrots. Mix with the garlic sauce, salt, pepper, and the finely chopped garlic clove. Finally, add the finely chopped dill. This is a refreshing summer salad that will keep for a few days in the refrigerator.
