Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 kohlrabi
- 600 g minced meat
- 3 spring onions
- 425 g tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 75 g cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- 3 balls of mozzarella
Instructions

Dinner without carbohydrates
Peel the kohlrabi, slice it, and pre-cook it until al dente. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Meanwhile, brown the ground beef until crumbly. Trim the spring onions, add them to the ground beef, and cook for about 3 minutes. Then stir in the tomatoes, crushed garlic, and cream cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Place the pre-cooked kohlrabi slices in a baking dish, cover with the meat sauce, and top with the sliced mozzarella. Bake in the oven on the grill for about 15 minutes.
