can be modified with broccoli and veggie mince

Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender. Peel the kohlrabi and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Boil them in water with a little vegetable stock. Or with broccoli. Reserve the stock. Finely dice the onion and fry in a little oil. Then add the minced meat and fry. Add a little of the reserved stock to the meat. I always do this by taste; if in doubt, you can add more. Dissolve the processed cheese in the stock-meat mixture. Then mix with the kohlrabi and potato cubes. It doesn’t look great, but it’s super delicious. Variation: Use 1 head of broccoli instead of kohlrabi. Replace the minced meat with veggie mince.
