- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp breadcrumbs
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- some oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
tastes good as a side dish to many dishes
Peel the kohlrabi and grate it into fine strips. Squeeze out any excess liquid with a kitchen towel. Mix the grated kohlrabi with the egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and garlic. Form four rösti and fry immediately in hot oil.
