Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 2 large onions
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Oil or mineral water for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

simple and delicious

Dice the onion and mix with the minced meat and quark. Season with spices and mustard to taste. Form small patties and fry in a non-stick pan with a little mineral water or oil, as desired, until crispy brown on both sides. 155 kcal per serving.
