Kohlrabi salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-large kohlrabi, blue or green
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • n. B. vinegar
  • n. B. Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • possibly sugar
  • some caraway

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the kohlrabi and grate it into a bowl. Press or finely chop the garlic and let it steep in a little oil. Then mix the garlic oil with the vinegar and season with salt (and a little sugar if desired). You can also use ready-made garlic oil. Pour the mixture over the grated kohlrabi and add caraway seeds, if desired. Mix thoroughly and let it steep in the refrigerator for about half an hour before serving.
