Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • some chives
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 10 minutes

with yogurt dressing

Peel the kohlrabi and then grate it. Add a little salt and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Finely chop the chives. Place the kohlrabi in a clean tea towel and gently squeeze out any excess liquid. Mix the kohlrabi with the chives and yogurt and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
