Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- 300 g black olives without stones
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 onion(s)
- 10 tomatoes, dried
- 1 tsp thyme
- Cayenne pepper
- ½ bunch parsley
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Tapas
Mix the flour with the eggs and salt. Roughly chop the olives and add them. Finely chop the garlic, onion, tomatoes, and parsley and add them with the spices. Mix everything well. Heat the frying oil to 160 degrees Celsius. Using a tablespoon, scoop out small dumplings from the batter and fry each for 5 minutes. Serve warm with wooden skewers.
