Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g kohlrabi
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tsp salt and pepper, black
- 60 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi and grate it coarsely or finely into a bowl. Add the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and cream and mix. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
