Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 kohlrabi
- 2 carrots
- Mayonnaise, (e.g. Miracle Wip or Remia’s fry sauce or…)
- 1 cup of cream
- lemon juice
- Vinegar
- 2 ½ tbsp sugar
- Salt
- pepper

Peel the kohlrabi and finely grate it. Squeeze out the juice, but not too much. Grate the carrots and finely grate them as well. Mix the carrots and kohlrabi together well. Dressing: Mix together mayonnaise (I always use Remia’s Dutch Fritte sauce), cream, a little lemon juice, a little vinegar, sugar (or more to taste), salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
