Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ¼ turnip(s) (swallow)
  • 1 large apple
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp, heaped sugar
  • 1 dash of rapeseed oil or sunflower oil
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the swede and then grate it, or finely slice it. Also, slice or grate the apple, with the skin on if possible. Place both in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt and sugar (you can add more if you like it sweeter). Add a dash of oil, and mix well. This is a healthy, high-quality salad made with fresh ingredients that’s also delicious.
