Vegetable soup with noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 1 tsp oil
  • some lemon(s), grated peel
  • salt and pepper
  • 30 g noodles (soup noodles)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean, wash, and chop the kohlrabi. Cook the soup noodles according to the package instructions. Peel the onions, finely dice them, and fry them in hot oil. Add the kohlrabi and fry them as well. Pour in the broth and cook for about 15 minutes. Add the peas and cook for another 15 minutes. Stir in the drained noodles and season to taste.
