Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 kohlrabi
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 pack of parsley, frozen
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean and wash the kohlrabi. Then cut it into small cubes. Bring the mixture to a boil in a pot with plenty of lightly salted water and cook the kohlrabi until it is still slightly firm to the bite. Meanwhile, make a roux with the butter and flour. Drain the cooked kohlrabi (leaving about 1 cm of water left in the pot) and stir it into the roux. Then stir in the parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
