Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large kohlrabi
- 4 small tomatoes
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 4 spring onions
- 1 small slice(s) of ginger
- Vegetable stock powder, Mediterranean
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop all ingredients into small pieces, place in a pot, add a little water and vegetable stock to taste. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the desired tenderness. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Chop everything into small pieces and place in a pot. I seasoned it with Mediterranean vegetable stock. Serves 2-4 as a side dish.
