Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup cream cheese, grainy
  • some salt and pepper
  • some herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the tomatoes and avocado flesh into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl with the cream cheese. Add salt, herb salt, and pepper to taste and mix well.
