Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g fish fillet(s) (cod fillet)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- ⅛ liter milk
- 200 ml cream
- 1 jar capers
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the cod fillet, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice, salt, and dice. Heat the butter in a saucepan, sauté the flour, and deglaze with the milk and cream. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add the capers and their juices, season with salt and pepper, and let the cod cubes simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
