Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 zucchini
- 500 g tomatoes from the can
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 6 tsp mustard (Provencale mustard, alternatively Dijon)
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the minced meat in oil, then sauté the diced peppers and zucchini. Pour in the tomatoes and vegetable stock, add the mustard, bring to a boil, and then season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
