  • 700 g lamb liver
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 large onions
  • pepper, black
  • ½ bunch of spring onions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the liver into thin strips. Peel, quarter, and thickly slice the onions. Mix everything with the soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, sugar, and thinly sliced ​​garlic. Season generously with pepper. Cook everything in a large pan over medium heat for five minutes, stirring constantly. Then add two glasses of water and simmer for another five minutes. Garnish with finely sliced ​​spring onions to serve.
