Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tomatoes
- 4 basil leaves
- 5 cashews
- some salt and pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
really tastes only with sun-ripened tomatoes, spicy seasoned
Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into chunks. Place them in a blender with the basil and cashews and blend to your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
