Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g yogurt
  • 4 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tsp, heaped cumin powder
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with yogurt, quark, cumin and horseradish

Combine the yogurt and quark in a bowl and mix well. Add the cumin and horseradish, and add salt if desired. Use either freshly grated or pure horseradish; if using creamed horseradish, you’ll need a significantly larger amount, 3-4 teaspoons, to get a distinct horseradish flavor. It tastes great as a dip, for example, with vegetable sticks, but also goes perfectly with fried potatoes and is also suitable as a spread.
