- 1 Cup Freshly grated beetroot
- 1 Cup Freshly grated horseradish
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- Chop the raw beetroot and raw horseradish (in a ratio of 1: 1) and put them in the kitchen machine.
- next add the sugar, the vinegar (1: 1), + the salt.
