  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  1. Chop the raw beetroot and raw horseradish (in a ratio of 1: 1) and put them in the kitchen machine.
  2. next add the sugar, the vinegar (1: 1), + the salt.
  3. Mix everything well, it should still have consistency, so it must not become pulp.
