Sugar Loaf Spicy Filled

The perfect sugar loaf spicy filled recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 sheet Sugar loaf salad fresh
  • 0,5 kg Minced beef
  • 10 dkg Rice
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 0,5 Liiter Frozen vegetable broth from stock
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped parsley frozen from stock
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Chilli red, roughly chopped
  • Oil

PREPARATION

  1. Bring the saucepan to the boil with plenty of salted water. Sugar loaf leaves briefly approx .: Boil in hot salted water for 20 seconds then quench in ice water and use each leaf individually.

FILLING

  1. Peel the onion finely and fry briefly in a little oil. Add rice and double the amount of water to the vegetable stock. Ratio of rice and twice the amount of liquid. Season to taste with salt and pepper and finish cooking. Let the rice cool down. Peel apart the minced meat in a draining pot. Add the finished rice and stir. Season to taste with parsley, chilli, salt and pepper.

COMPLETION

  1. Place the cooled sugar loaf leaves on a board and fill with the prepared filling, fold into a roll like a cabbage roller shutter. Finish one at a time.
  2. Since I have prepared the shutters in advance, I just freeze them. For a finished meal, I would sauté them, add broth and serve with potatoes.
