Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 ½ tbsp tomato paste
- 750 ml broth
- 250 g noodles (kritharaki)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 package cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Fry the onions until translucent, add the minced meat and brown, then stir in the tomato paste. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Then add the pasta and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the cream, pour everything into a casserole dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
