Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pack of Kritharaki (rice-shaped noodles), approx. 500 g
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
- 1 ball of mozzarella, approx. 125 g
- 1 can of corn, approx. 330 g
- 1 bag of ready-made salad dressing mix, paprika
- 1 bag of ready-made salad dressing mix, dill
- n. B. herb(s), garden herbs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and rinse with cold water. Meanwhile, chop the cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, mozzarella, and feta. For the dressing, combine the salad seasoning mix with the oil and 1-2 tablespoons of water (to taste). Combine the cooked pasta and dressing in a bowl with the chopped vegetables, corn, and cheese. Season to taste with herbs, salt, pepper, and paprika.
