Celery salad with walnuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 apple
  • 100g Camembert(s)
  • 40 g walnuts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, cold-pressed
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Squeeze the lemon and reserve the juice. Clean the celery and cut into small pieces. Peel, core, and dice the apple. Dice the Camembert cheese. Combine these ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Mix the oil and the remaining lemon juice to make a dressing, season with salt and pepper, and toss into the salad along with the walnuts. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, if desired.
