Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 seedless grapes
  • 100 g tomatoes, yellow
  • 60 g broccoli, fresh
  • 60 g spinach, fresh
  • 80 ml water
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder, smoked, mild
  • 30 ml milk, cold, 1.5%
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal for the hot season

Wash the spinach thoroughly. Quarter the tomatoes. Cut the broccoli into pieces. Add the broccoli, then the tomatoes, grapes, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, the spinach, water, and 2 ice cubes to the blender. Blend thoroughly until finely chopped. Transfer to a plate and season with salt and pepper. Pour the milk into a glass and froth it to a froth. Add this to the soup and stir gently.
