Pineapple cold soup for hot days

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g pineapple, fresh or from a can, chilled
  • 125 g natural yogurt (can be low-fat), chilled
  • 100 g whipped cream, chilled
  • 60 ml pineapple juice, chilled
  • 50 g vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, reaching a pleasant soup consistency. Serve immediately and very cold. This amount is sufficient for 1-2 servings.
