- 230 g ham, cooked

Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Suitable for SIS and low carb
Peel and dice the onion and garlic. I used thin slices of cooked ham, which I cut into small cubes (laying them on top of each other). Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl (best with your hands). Season gently with salt; the cooked ham already has salt. Add pepper and chili flakes to taste. I formed 10 meatballs from the mixture. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for about 5-6 minutes per side. With my ingredients (I used lean ground beef), one meatball has the following values: 149 kcal, 7.3 g fat, 2.1 g carbohydrates, and 18.8 g protein.
