Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp wheat, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp rye, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp oats, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp barley, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp millet
  • 1 tbsp wheat bran
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

to Waerland

Boil everything together with 300-500 ml of water for 5 minutes. Keep this porridge warm for about 2 hours so it can swell (e.g., in a thermos). The kruska should still be steaming when removed. Serve with fruit compote or soaked dried fruit.
