Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g pork (allow 150 – 200 g per person)
  • 1 kg white cabbage
  • 250 g noodles (vermicelli) or alternatively rice
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Fresh ginger, as desired
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 35 minutes

Pork – Cabbage – Noodle – Pot

Cut the meat into small cubes. Add the soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, ginger, and a tablespoon of oil. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Briefly fry the meat in a pan. Cut the cabbage into small pieces (approx. 1 cm x 1 cm). Add a tablespoon of oil to a large pot, add the cabbage, onion, and finally the meat. Simmer in a covered pot for approx. 30 minutes. Season to taste. Now cook the noodles according to the instructions and combine everything in the large pot.
