Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 slices of baguette
- 40 g herb butter
- 1 large tomato(s) (Kumato)
- 1 large shallot(s)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
crunchy and delicious, even without oil
Place the baguette slices in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 8 minutes on the middle rack. Cut the kumato into 6 slices. Slice the onion into thin rings. Spread the herb butter on the baguette, arrange the tomato and onion slices on top, and season to taste—done!
