Instructions
- Clean and peel the quinces. Then quarter the quince, place in a baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix red wine with sugar and pour over the prepared quince. Then put the cloves in the quinces (one per quince) and place in the preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Then place the quince on the plate, remove the cloves if necessary and pour a little red wine over them. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
