Lacquer Marinade
The perfect lacquer marinade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 30 g Mustard
- 50 g Honey
- Rapeseed oil
- Fresh thyme
- Rosemary fresh
- Coriander grains
- Peppercorns
- Sea-Salt
- 1 smaller Apple
- Mix mustard with honey, stir in rapeseed oil. Finely chop the thyme and rosemary, place in a mortar and add the coriander, pepper and sea salt, pestle everything finely. Finely grate the apple with the skin and then add the apple and the spices + to the mustard marinade. Apply the varnish to the food before the end of the cooking time. Only grill the meat briefly on both sides.
- 2nd tip. I have already used the varnish as a marinade, then I seasoned everything a little more and mixed it with beer and marinated the meat for about 2 – 3 hours.
