Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 3 Mettwurst sausages
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 130 g processed cheese, lactose-free
  • n. B. cornstarch for binding
  • 125 ml milk, lactose-free
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp butter, lactose-free
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Slice the sausage, mix with the pasta, and transfer to a casserole dish. Bring the broth and cream cheese to a boil. To thicken, mix a little cornstarch with the milk, pour into the hot broth, and bring to a boil briefly. Season the sauce a little more heavily than usual, as the pasta will slightly dilute the flavor. Melt the butter in the sauce and then pour the sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cook for about 30 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
