Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 100 g chocolate, dark
  • e.g. whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Vanilla ice cream with hot chocolate sauce

Heat the cream, but do not boil. Crumble the chocolate, add it, and stir to melt. Place two scoops of ice cream per person on a dessert plate and pour the chocolate sauce over them. Garnish with whipped cream and serve immediately.
