- 2 lemons, unsprayed
- 250 g gelling sugar

fruity lemon jam
First, use a fine grater to grate the entire outer, yellow peel from the lemons. Then, squeeze the peel and add it to a saucepan along with the lemon juice. This mixture is then finely pureed. Next, stir the gelling sugar into the cold liquid and bring to a boil. The jam should simmer for 3 minutes, then pour into hot, rinsed jars.
