Lamb Chops and Green Beans …

The perfect lamb chops and green beans … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the beans:

  • Marinade for lamb **
  • 20 g Clarified butter for frying
  • 1 Garlic clove finely chopped
  • Chopped parsley until smooth
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 400 g French beans fresh
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried savory
  • 20 g Branded butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. ** Favorite marinade for lamb Mix together my favorite marinade for lamb and soak the lamb chops in it at least overnight. Then dab in kitchen paper.
  2. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the chops very quickly on both sides until golden brown. Finally fry the finely chopped garlic for only half a minute, mix everything together and serve sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley and a little ground pepper.

  4. You can serve potatoes with it – but a few slices of whole grain baguette were enough for us (with a good glass of red wine, of course) … and this meal was a real delicacy for us!
