- 50 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 1 Onion
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried oregano
- Dried thyme
- Chili powder
- Clarified butter
Instructions
- Peel and finely dice the onion, knead in a bowl with the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs and spices, form meatballs, press a cube of sheep's cheese into each meatball and fry the meatballs brown on all sides in clarified butter.
