  • 50 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried thyme
  • Chili powder
  • Clarified butter

Instructions
 

  • Peel and finely dice the onion, knead in a bowl with the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs and spices, form meatballs, press a cube of sheep's cheese into each meatball and fry the meatballs brown on all sides in clarified butter.
