Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rice
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- 0,5 green Bell pepper
- 0,5 Red Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Chilli pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
Instructions
- Clean and finely dice the peppers, finely dice the tomatoes, peel and finely dice the onion and sauté everything in the butter, add the tomato paste, the finely chopped chilli pepper and rice, pour on the broth and leave to soak in a closed saucepan at a low temperature for about 20 minutes.
