Lamb Chops with Beans and Bacon

- 3 piece Lamb chops
- 500 g Potato
- 80 g Breakfast bacon
- 150 g Beans
- 1 piece Scarlet
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- Salt, pepper, chilli pepper
- 400 ml Lamb stock
- 3 Fresh sprigs of rosemary
- Peel the potatoes, cut in half and cook in a saucepan until soft
- Cut the beans and bacon into small pieces
- Chop the garlic and shallots
- Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, chilli pepper and sprinkled with finely chopped rosemary
- Fry the bacon in a pan, add the garlic and scarlet, as well as the beans
- Add the stock, season to taste and, if desired, thicken the sauce with a little flour, stir through a sieve – otherwise the flour will clump
- Fry the Kottelets in a pan with a sprig of rosemary
