Lamb Chops with Beans and Bacon

The perfect lamb chops with beans and bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Lamb chops
  • 500 g Potato
  • 80 g Breakfast bacon
  • 150 g Beans
  • 1 piece Scarlet
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • Salt, pepper, chilli pepper
  • 400 ml Lamb stock
  • 3 Fresh sprigs of rosemary
  1. Peel the potatoes, cut in half and cook in a saucepan until soft
  1. Cut the beans and bacon into small pieces
  1. Chop the garlic and shallots
  1. Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, chilli pepper and sprinkled with finely chopped rosemary
  1. Fry the bacon in a pan, add the garlic and scarlet, as well as the beans
  1. Add the stock, season to taste and, if desired, thicken the sauce with a little flour, stir through a sieve – otherwise the flour will clump
  1. Fry the Kottelets in a pan with a sprig of rosemary
