Carrots wrapped in bacon …

  • 4 Fresh carrots
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Ground pepper, salt, sugar
  • 4 Discs Bacon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

… onion – potato – puree

  • 225 g Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Milk
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • Fat for frying

and glazed turnip

  • 150 g Turnip
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Serving

  • Parsley crispy fresh

Carrots wrapped in bacon …

  1. Leave a little green on the carrots and clean. Heat the olive oil. Briefly sauté the carrots in it. Season with pepper, salt and sugar. Take off the stove.
  2. Wrap each carrot in a slice of bacon. Heat the olive oil. Fry the carrots in it.
