Carrots wrapped in bacon …
- 4 Fresh carrots
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Ground pepper, salt, sugar
- 4 Discs Bacon
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
… onion – potato – puree
- 225 g Potatoes
- Salt
- Milk
- Nutmeg
- 1 Fresh onion
- Fat for frying
and glazed turnip
- 150 g Turnip
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Serving
- Parsley crispy fresh
Carrots wrapped in bacon …
- Leave a little green on the carrots and clean. Heat the olive oil. Briefly sauté the carrots in it. Season with pepper, salt and sugar. Take off the stove.
- Wrap each carrot in a slice of bacon. Heat the olive oil. Fry the carrots in it.
… Zwiebel – Kartoffel – Püree
- Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cook in boiling salted water.
