Lamb Fillet with Fresh Artichokes

- 1,5 kg Lamb fillet
- 2 Pc. Rosemary sprigs
- 200 ml Red wine
- 50 ml Marsala
- 500 g Artichokes
- Salt and pepper
- White wine
- Rub the 1.5 kg lamb fillet in olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Fry the fillet for 2 minutes on each side. In the meantime, the red wine Marsala sauce is finished (200 ml red wine and about 50 ml Marsala). Then add the whole thing to the lamb and cook for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, heat the cooked artichokes in another pan and sprinkle with white wine.
