- 4 Lamb fillets
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika spice
- Rosemary
- Butter
- Wash the lamb fillets, pat dry with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Grind the rosemary in your hands and use it to rub the fillet.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the lamb fillets for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add the butter, froth up and let the fillets rest a little while pouring the butter over them.
- Boil the beans in salted water with a little savory, drain and add a little butter.
