Lamb Fillets with Butter Beans

The perfect lamb fillets with butter beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Lamb fillets
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika spice
  • Rosemary
  • Butter
  1. Wash the lamb fillets, pat dry with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Grind the rosemary in your hands and use it to rub the fillet.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the lamb fillets for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Now add the butter, froth up and let the fillets rest a little while pouring the butter over them.
  5. Boil the beans in salted water with a little savory, drain and add a little butter.
  6. We ate boiled potatoes with it – bon appetit
