Hearty Beef Buns with Mushrooms

The perfect hearty beef buns with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Beef meat
  • 200 g Small. white mushrooms
  • 2 Yesterday’S rolls
  • 4 Onions approx. 200 g
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Red chili peppers approx. 40 g
  • 1 piece Ginger approx. 40 g
  • 0,5 bunch Coriander approx. 50 g
  • 2 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 2 tsp Medium hot mustard
  • 2 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Cup Peanut oil

Hearty beef meatballs with mushrooms:

  1. Clean / brush the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Soak the rolls in water and squeeze them out well. Peel and dice the onions. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves and ginger. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Wash the coriander, shake dry and cut finely. All ingredients (1 kg beef meat, cubed mushrooms, squashed rolls, onion cubes, garlic clove cubes, chilli pepper cubes, ginger cubes, 2 eggs, cut corian, 2 teaspoons sweet paprika, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons mild curry powder, 2 teaspoons medium-hot mustard and 2 Teaspoon tomato ketchup) in a bowl, mix / knead well and let rest for about 20 minutes. Shape meatballs (approx. 24 pieces) with moistened hands, roll in breadcrumbs, fry in a pan with peanut oil (1 cup) in portions on both sides until golden-brown, remove and keep warm. The hearty beef meatballs with mushrooms are the basis for many dishes, but they also just taste that way.
