Lamb Leg Slice with Potatoes and Beans

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Lamb leg slices
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Red Pepper fresh
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 0,5 L Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • 1 pinch Cinammon

For the beans

  • 500 g Green beans
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Summer Savory

Instructions
 

  • Fry the lamb leg vigorously in olive oil, season with salt, paprika, pepper, oregano and cinnamon, pour in the broth and lemon juice and simmer gently for about 1-5 hours.
  • Stir in tomato paste.
  • Peel or clean the potatoes and peppers and dice them, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, sauté everything in olive oil in a pan, add to the meat, and simmer for another 30 minutes.
  • Boil the green beans in salted water, sauté in a pan with the butter, season with salt, pepper and savory and serve.
