Ingredients
- 1 kg Lamb leg slices
- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Red Pepper fresh
- 4 Potatoes
- 0,5 L Chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried oregano
- 1 pinch Cinammon
For the beans
- 500 g Green beans
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Summer Savory
Instructions
- Fry the lamb leg vigorously in olive oil, season with salt, paprika, pepper, oregano and cinnamon, pour in the broth and lemon juice and simmer gently for about 1-5 hours.
- Stir in tomato paste.
- Peel or clean the potatoes and peppers and dice them, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, sauté everything in olive oil in a pan, add to the meat, and simmer for another 30 minutes.
- Boil the green beans in salted water, sauté in a pan with the butter, season with salt, pepper and savory and serve.
